Post-Jam Update (v0.7) & Downloadable Jam Version

Huge thanks to everyone who played and voted during the jam!
I decided to implement some of the more simple changes based on feedback and tasks I didn't have time for during the jam. The following items are implemented in v0.7:
- Technical:
- Fixed various build errors to allow for PC builds.
- Fixed consistent out-of-bounds issues with geometry.
- UI:
- Added controller icons to player UI.
- Made Rules and Controls sections more readable.
- Added log of dice results taking effect in left side of screen during gameplay.
- Added UI element for better communication of invincibility status/duration.
- Cursor hidden during waves.
- Gameplay & Balance:
- Camera adjustments (should be less jittery when you move across the middle of the arena).
- Added a (very simple) boss every 5 waves.
- Die result 1 know increases multiplier by 1 instead of decreasing it (was major frustration point).
- Slight rebalance to enemy health, on account of higher punch damage values.
- Slight change to score calculations.
- Camera adjustments (should be less jittery when you move across the middle of the arena).
- Misc:
- Added creator of above UI assets to credits section of main menu.
NOTE: The original GMTK jam version is still be available as a PC download (v0.6).
